I have had several appointments with this clinic, the staff are all professional, courteous and go to great lengths to ensure my comfort before, during and after treatments, and taking care in recommending best strategies to obtain my goals. Particularly their aftercare, following up on treatments and conditions, is commendable and I feel complete at ease in their hands. In addition to treatment quality, the clinic is clean and comfortable, and each treatment room has a tv for distraction during longer treatments.

Throughout my life, skin tags were never a concern for me. However, over the past three years, I observed the unexpected growth of a skin tag, prompting me to explore various traditional and self-medication methods, none of which proved effective. During my research, I encountered a disconcerting article suggesting a potential link between skin tags and cancer. While Alainn Clinic was not initially my first choice, I had surveyed other service providers within my budget. Procedures varied among these places. Eventually, I decided to visit Alainn Clinic, conveniently located beneath my office tower. The professional and responsive staff, led by Dr. Fardziana and assisted by Therapist Ann, allayed my concerns and instilled confidence in me to proceed with the skin tag removal treatment. The process commenced with a consultation session with Dr. Fardziana, involving a brief inspection of the skin tag to determine the necessary procedures. Prior to this, they provided price estimates ranging from RM200 to RM350 (Price as of: 27 Nov 2023), depending on the situation. Following a quick 5-10 minute session with Dr. Fardziana, I was promptly ushered into the procedure room for the skin tag removal. Anesthetic was applied to the targeted area, and the painless laser treatment began. The entire procedure lasted less than 10 minutes, accompanied by a slight tingle and a normal burning smell, as explained by Dr. Fardziana. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory. Dr. Fardziana acknowledged that, due to the size of my skin tag, a small bump might still be visible after the recovery period. Importantly, they generously offered a follow-up touch-up if necessary, demonstrating a commitment to post-treatment care. I extend my gratitude to Alainn Clinic and the team, led by Dr. Fardziana and Therapist Ann, for delivering an excellent experience.
