What Is NewGyn
NewGyn is composed of Polynucleotides-HPT® (PN-HPT®), a DNA fragment extracted from ethically bred Italian trout fish using a patented DNA extraction and purification technology developed by Mastelli, Italy.
The role of PN-HPT® is to repair aging and damaged tissue by increasing the proliferation and vitality of fibroblasts, enhancing Collagen I & II synthesis, and inducing deposition in the extracellular matrix.

The recommended treatment protocol involves injecting at the vulvar skin dermis and mucosal lamina propria area in 3-6 sessions (depending on severity of symptoms), spaced 2-4 weeks apart to achieve optimal results. For maintenance and to ensure continued benefits, it’s advised to have a follow-up session every 2-6 months.
As with any medical procedure, there can be side effects. Common ones might include temporary injection site marks, swelling or bruising at the injection site, which typically subside within 24 hours.
After the procedure, you can continue with most of your daily activities. However, you should refrain from sexual activity for 24-72 hours. It’s also advised to avoid using tampons, taking hot baths, or visiting saunas and swimming pools for a few days. Wear loose, breathable underwear and avoid vigorous exercises that might cause friction in the treated area.
